Lessons from the Columbine School Shooting

Schneier on Security

A blog covering security and security technology.

Lessons from the Columbine School Shooting

Of course, there never was an epidemic of school shootings -- it just seemed that way in the media. And kids are much safer in schools than outside of them.
Though Schneier's post is a short one, it is the comments that are worth viewing- such as this one:
"It pays to be nice to *everyone* if the alternative is tomorrow they come back with a gun." Or if they do, have means of making that disturbed outsider cease and desist.

I carried a knife starting around 3rd grade through the entire rest of my life, until the invasive fools at the TSA made me not do so when flying. I never thought of the knife as anything other than a tool, until I was perhaps 22 or 23 years old. To me, a gun is no different than a golf club, a hammer, a knife, a car or many other potentially misused mechanical devices. The difference is the mindset of the person in control of the device. Focusing on the device is always going to result in failure to defend against the misuser. Having the means to thwart the misuser of the device will always succeed. As Robert Heinlein wrote, an armed society is a polite society.

Take note however, there are several other whose comments deserve rebuke:
The gun you're carrying completely fails to protect you against the influenza that I'm carrying.

AND
@blake

"With the good guys disarmed by policy and law, the active shooters have free reign and don't stop until the run out of ammo or they meet armed resistance."

Will good guys always be good guys? How often do good guys go crazy? In a culture of fear and mistrust good guys will occassionally (how often?) shoot people because of a false alarm. It is a trade-off, and the heavier weaponry people carry (i.e. the less physical effort required to assault someone), the heavier the consequences. I wonder what the stats are or would be on 'lives rescued by brave fire-arms carrying citizens' versus 'lives lost because good citizen had an off-day'. I come from a very different culture and am glad to live in a country with no debate on the right to carry arms. I can see this is different from the USA, I see the historical/cultural reasons for it, and I believe it has dire implications.

There are many good comments and it is good to see some very supportive posts- we just have to remember, there are lots of geeks (especially tech security geeks) who are armed, and they tend to know how to use them.

The CNN article linked at Schneier's post is nothing more than a Propgandasist Foot Soldier's attempt to glorify the STATE and the UK video proudly displays the indoctrination of our British brethren's children being taught to OBEY the STATE! Both articles tell us THE GOVERNMENT IS YOUR SAVIOR! When in fact we know that it is not. The CNN article fails to even mention the cowardly ONLY ONES who hid behind there cars ten years ago, just as they recently did in Binghamton, New York.

I do not think children ARE safer in the propaganda camps known as the public education system than outside, but a stupidly common mistake made by many, and some people are stuck with them, and then correct the propaganda at night at home, or in the car, or when walking the dog, or any spare moments of time we can make for our children to correct the bullshit from the propaganda camps known as the public education system.

U.S. regulatory czar nominee wants Net 'Fairness Doctrine'
Cass Sunstein sees Web as anti-democratic, proposed 24-hour delay on sending e-mail

WASHINGTON – Barack Obama's nominee for "regulatory czar" has advocated a "Fairness Doctrine" for the Internet that would require opposing opinions be linked and also has suggested angry e-mails should be prevented from being sent by technology that would require a 24-hour cooling off period.

The revelations about Cass Sunstein, Obama's friend from the University of Chicago Law School and nominee to head the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, come in a new book by Brad O'Leary, "Shut Up, America! The End of Free Speech." OIRA will oversee regulation throughout the U.S. government.

Sunstein also has argued in his prolific literary works that the Internet is anti-democratic because of the way users can filter out information of their own choosing.

"A system of limitless individual choices, with respect to communications, is not necessarily in the interest of citizenship and self-government," he wrote. "Democratic efforts to reduce the resulting problems ought not be rejected in freedom's name."
But wait, there's more!"
"We propose a Civility Check that can accurately tell whether the e-mail you're about to send is angry and caution you, 'warning: this appears to be an uncivil e-mail. do you really and truly want to send it?'" they wrote. "(Software already exists to detect foul language. What we are proposing is more subtle, because it is easy to send a really awful e-mail message that does not contain any four-letter words.) A stronger version, which people could choose or which might be the default, would say, 'warning: this appears to be an uncivil e-mail. this will not be sent unless you ask to resend in 24 hours.' With the stronger version, you might be able to bypass the delay with some work (by inputting, say, your Social Security number and your grandfather’s birth date, or maybe by solving some irritating math problem!)."
Take your tired, commie-ass elsewhere and both you and your idiot partner Thaler can stick your bullshit where the sunstein don't shine.

In fact, I am going to go dump a sunstein&thaler in just a few moments...

Angry and uncivil enough for you Nancy-Boy? If not, click the link you traitorous pansy.

The 60s: Assassinations, a School Shooting, and Nazi Gun Control

The 60s: Assassinations, a School Shooting, and Nazi Gun Control

by Michael Gaddy

The 60s were a tumultuous time in America. There were the Vietnam War and its subsequent peace movement; the Kennedy assassinations; the Martin Luther King assassination, and the mass shooting at the University of Texas by Charles Whitman. The high-profile assassinations and the mass shooting prompted the government to lobby for stronger gun control, leading to the passage of the unconstitutional, NRA supported, 1968 Gun Control Act.
For those not familiar with this history, Mr. Gaddy lays things out quite well.

The border for dummies

The border for dummies

National Post
Published: Wednesday, April 22, 2009

Can someone please tell us how U. S. Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano got her job? She appears to be about as knowledgeable about border issues as a late-night radio call-in yahoo.

In an interview broadcast Monday on the CBC, Ms. Napolitano attempted to justify her call for stricter border security on the premise that "suspected or known terrorists" have entered the U. S. across the Canadian border, including the perpetrators of the 9/11 attack.

All the 9/11 terrorists, of course, entered the United States directly from overseas. The notion that some arrived via Canada is a myth that briefly popped up in the wake of the 9/11 attacks, and was then quickly debunked.

Informed of her error, Ms. Napolitano blustered: "I can't talk to that. I can talk about the future. And here's the future. The future is we have borders."

Just what does that mean, exactly?
Dear National Post (since there is no By-Line),

We in the united States would like an honest answer to both your questions but do not think we will ever receive honest answers.

However, I will try to answer, as many of us firmly think she was hired by the Kenyan Muslim because of the following:
  • She is a Democrat
  • She is a Woman
  • She seemingly hates Herself
  • She seemingly hates the united States
  • She seemingly hates our shared English history and Culture
As for what it means, many of us firmly think she & the Kenyan Muslim are attempting to mitigate the facts that:
  • Mexico wants our borders erased
  • Mexico wants the Southern US because we kicked it's ass and then paid for the land
  • Mexican MIGRATION, not IMMIGRATION is part of the plan to do so
  • She seemingly hates Herself
  • She seemingly hates the united States
  • She seemingly hates our shared English history and Culture
I hope this helps clear things up.

Tim Berners-Lee is right.

Plans by Internet service providers to deliver targeted adverts to consumers based on their Web searches threaten online privacy and should be opposed, the founder of the Web said Wednesday.

"I just want to know that when I click on a link it is between me and the Web, and the Internet service provider is not going to immediately characterise me in different categories for advertising or insurance of for government use," Tim Berners-Lee told a Web conference in Madrid.

"The postman does not open my mail, the telephone company does not listen to my telephone conversations. Internet use is often more intimate than those things," he added.

New software called Webwise allows Internet service providers to show adverts to their clients based on their Web browsing habits instead of based on the content of a single Web page as currently happens.
Of course, there are SO MANY who want to listen and it is not just governments.

FBI workers accused of spying on dressing room

By VICKI SMITH, AP
Mon Apr 20, 7:38 PM EDT

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Two FBI workers are accused of using surveillance equipment to spy on teenage girls as they undressed and tried on prom gowns at a charity event at a West Virginia mall.

The FBI employees have been charged with conspiracy and committing criminal invasion of privacy. They were working in an FBI satellite control room at the mall when they positioned a camera on temporary changing rooms and zoomed in for at least 90 minutes on girls dressing for the Cinderella Project fashion show, Marion County Prosecutor Pat Wilson said Monday.
AND
The FBI issued a brief statement, but refused to answer questions. The statement said the Office of Inspector General was investigating.

"The FBI is committed to the timely and full resolution of this matter, but must remain sensitive to the privacy concerns of any potential victims and their families," the statement said.
Two stand-up, righteous, and perfect examples of the ONLY ONES that we are NEVER supposed to question because they are endowed with the power of being ONLY ONES!

Once more, "The FBI employees have been charged with conspiracy..." but yet anytime anyone mentions conspiracy, you are labeled bizarre, a kook, a nut.

And yet, the ferals believe in conspiracy, even charge their ONLY ONES with such, so why shouldn't I? Moreover, why shouldn't I point out the practiced conspiracies we see about us daily being committed by those that would see us enslaved? I do, and will continue to do so.

Clerk Fights Off Robber

Last Edited: Friday, 17 Apr 2009, 8:33 PM CDT

From MyFox National Reports

(MYFOX NATIONAL) - Police in Philadelphia say a would-be robber got a rude awakening when he attempted to hold up a 7-Eleven store. Instead of getting the cash, he got a beatdown. The robber was no match for the clerk known as "7-Eleven Ed," who fought back until the robber fled the scene. Police have viewed the surveillance tape of the incident and have been checking local hospitals to see if the suspect sought treatment.

Well in this case, since 7-Eleven will not allow 7-Eleven Ed to talk, it is probably because this corporation would probably fire you for defending oneself with any other means- it seems they prefer that you turn your ass up to the air and take it.

However, as the old saying goes, "Why shoot a man, when an ass-kicking will do the job?"

Study: 'Green' Training Ammo Carries Cancer Risk

By David Hambling April 20, 2009 8:59:00 AM

In the 1990's the U.S. Army introduced a new set of "green" training ammunition designed to be less toxic and more environmentally friendly than the lead-filled rounds used before. But these new bullets may have left firing ranges contaminated and exposed soldiers to a new health hazard. Soon-to-be-released research suggests that a key element in the new ammo, once thought to be safe, may in fact be carcinogenic. The Army has stopped production of the bullets.

More than 90 million rounds of the "green" training ammunition has been used in the United States, since its introduction. It relies on a blend of tungsten and nylon, or tungsten and tin. That gives the bullets the same density and firing properties as the original, but without using lead. Tungsten was considered non-toxic. And it was thought to be "non-mobile," unlikely to dissolve and travel, so it wouldn't get into the groundwater.

But new research by University of Arizona Research Professor of Pediatrics Mark Witten points to a different conclusion: Tungsten may elevate the risk for cancer.

His study — to be presented later this month at the 2009 Experimental Biology Meeting in New Orleans — is sponsored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The agency wanted to take a fresh look at leukemia clusters in Fallon, Nevada, and Sierra Vista, Arizona. Nearby tungsten mining appears to have raised tungsten levels in the towns.
Yes, how we consistently hear from our wannabe slave owners how dangerous we citizens are supposed to be, but yet how often do we hear how their disrespect and stupidities consistently kill us- seems like everyday. Oh, yes, it is everyday with the rules, regulations and supposed laws designed to impede, hamper and disarm us (oh I mean make our lives oh so much better- BLECH!), without EVER considering the Law of Unintended Consequences.

Mexican arms race: Bigger guns for drug cartels

April 20, 2009 - 6:27 AM
Alexandra Olson
Associated Press

MEXICO CITY -- An escalating arms race among Mexico's drug cartels casts doubt on whether Mexico or the U.S. can stop the flow of weaponry, despite renewed vows last week from presidents of both countries.

Stockpiles captured by Mexican soldiers show that warring traffickers are now obtaining military-grade weaponry such as grenades, launchers, machine guns, mortars and anti-tank rockets.

Some drug gangs have even sought explosive material that some experts worry could be used in car bombs and improvised explosive devices of the kind used in Iraq and Afghanistan. Soldiers found 14 sticks of TNT among an arsenal of hundreds of rifles and grenades seized in November from a house in Reynosa, across the border from McAllen, Texas.
Now, here it is curious:
One of the most worrisome weapons yet was seized this week just south of Nogales, Ariz.: a powerful gun mounted on the back of an SUV and protected by a thick metal shield. Police said it belonged to one of the Beltran Leyva drug gangs.

Mexican and U.S. authorities disagree on just what type of gun it was. Federal police coordinator Gen. Rodolfo Cruz maintains it was .50-caliber anti-air craft machine gun. ATF, the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, said it was an unmodified .50-caliber semiautomatic rifle made by TNW, a U.S. firearms manufacturer.

ATF investigators traced the gun - along with seven others seized at a house in Sonora state on Monday - to suppliers in the United States, said Bill Newell, special agent in charge of the ATF in Arizona and New Mexico.
So which lie will the Propagandist Foot Soldiers run with? I will wager the one blaming the TNW as the US CANNOT afford for the truth to come out as NarcoSphere reported (found via this Sipsey Street Irregulars) and I posted about at the end of last month.
According to an analysis of the DCS reports, some $1 billion in defense hardware was approved for export to Mexico via private U.S. companies between fiscal year 2004 and fiscal year 2007 — the most recent year for which data was available. Overall, during the same period, a total of some $3.7 billion in weapons and other military hardware was approved for export under the DCS program to all of Latin America and the Caribbean.

In addition to the military hardware exports approved for Mexico, some $3.8 billion in defense-related “services” [technical assistance and training via private U.S. contractors] also were approved for “export” to Mexico over the same four-year period, according to the DCS reports.

That means the total value of defense-related hardware and service exports by private U.S. companies to Mexico tallied nearly $5 billion over the four-year window. And that figure doesn’t even count the $700 million in assistance already authorized under the Merida Initiative [Plan Mexico] or any new DCS exports approved for fiscal years 2008 and 2009 [which ends Sept. 30].
Go read the entire article and remember that the Propagandist Foot Soldiers LIE, especially the AP and we can never forget so does the ATF- institutionally (1, 2, 3) and WE have NO REASON to believe them NOW.

Not one more of MY RIGHTS!

April 19th

So much lost these past sixteen years since Waco, and so quickly, they that wish to see us enslaved, have acted. Since I posted this last year, the "masses" elected a Kenyan Muslim who attended, for 20+ years, a Hate Whitey Church in Chicago. The united States economy did exactly what several "paranoids" said would happen (one a presidential candidate) and has crashed. In doing so, the Kenyan Muslim, who attended that Hate Whitey Church in Chicago for 20+ years, has what amounts to nationalization of the automotive and baking industry. However, he was not the first; GW Bush started it last September so pick your poison- Socialist Party A or Socialist Party B.

The past three months, and especially this past week, what so many "propaganda foot soldiers" have tried to deny leaked out and have shown EXACTLY what the wannabe slave-owners in the swamp ACTUALLY think of we citizens, INCLUDING those men and women who are our soldiers.

We are their property- laughable, interchangeable, and quite frankly disposable. Just like Waco sixteen years ago in which the planning was done under George Herbert Walker Bush's ATF and carried out under William Jefferson Clinton's ATF and FBI lead by Janet1, and soon enough we will have another Waco, this time under Barack Hussein Obama's (a Kenyan Muslim), DHS led by Janet2.

However, this time, IT WILL NOT be ignored, left to slide, conveniently forgotten- no this time it is a trigger.

So, without further ado, today is April 19th, and I am posting my yearly reminder of this day of American History as it has MANY occasions to recall:
  • In 1861 - Riots occurred in Baltimore, Maryland and the illegal union blockade of the Confederate states starts.
  • In 1933 - The traitor FDR announced he was further working towards destroying the economy by announcing the US will leave the Gold Standard.
  • In 1939 - After 148 years, Connecticut approves the Bill of Rights.
  • In 1943 - Though, not US history, the Warsaw Ghetto uprising happens and the starving Jews kick some Nazi ass.
  • In 1989 - USS Iowa's gun turret explodes killing 47 crewmen.
  • In 1995 - The Alfred P. Murray Feral Building, in Oklahoma City is nearly destroyed. (It took EXTRA feral demolition teams to finish the job as they got it wrong the first time.)
  • In 1993 - The might of the united States government sweeps in with the winds and ends their 51-day siege upon a Church, founded and run by it's citizens in Waco, Texas. Seventy-four (74) men, women and children died from gas, gunshot, and fire by feral agents acting in the name of "We the People." These feral agents received NO punishment for the crimes, as "We the People", though filled with righteous indignation, did nothing, even unto this day.
  • In 1775 - Feral agents of the government came to take our arms away and the "Shot heard round the World" was answered by many great men. One in particular needs mentioning, as I am sure if he had been alive in 1993, he would have done the same thing.
His name was Sam Whittemore and:
"There, before the eyes of his astonished family, Sam methodically loaded his musket and both of his famed dueling pistols, put his powder and ball inside his worn and well-traveled military knapsack, strapped his French saber around his waist, squared his grizzled jaw and, as he strode briskly out the door, simply informed his worried family that he was "going to fight the British regulars" and told them to remain safely indoors until he returned.

Whittemore walked to a secluded position behind a stone wall on Mystic Street, near the corner of what is now Chestnut Street in Arlington, and calmly settled in. Some of the Minutemen pleaded with Whittemore to join them in their safer positions, but he ignored their admonitions. Soon the 47th Regiment of Foot, followed by the main body of British troops, appeared in view. On both sides of Whittemore, Minutemen were shooting at the approaching Redcoats and then sprinting away to where they could reload in safety.

Waiting until the regiment was almost upon him, Whittemore stood up, aimed his musket carefully and fired, killing a British soldier. He then fired both dueling pistols, hitting both of his targets, killing one man outright and mortally wounding another. Not having time to reload his cumbersome weapons, he grabbed his French saber and flailed away at the cursing, enraged Redcoats who now surrounded him. Some of those infuriated soldiers were probably less than one quarter of Sam's 80 years; few, if any, were even half his age.

One Englishman fired his Brown Bess almost point-blank into Whittemore's face, the heavy bullet tearing half his cheek away and knocking him flat on his back. Undaunted, Whittemore attempted to rise and continue the fight, but received no less than 13 bayonet wounds from the vengeful Redcoats. They also mercilessly clubbed his bleeding head and drove their musket butts into his body as they ran by.

When the last Britisher had left the scene and was far enough away for them to come out in safety, the villagers who had seen Whittemore's last stand walked slowly toward the body. To their astonishment, he was still alive and conscious--and still full of fight! Ignoring his wounds, he was feebly trying to load his musket for a parting shot at the retreating regiment.

A door was used as a makeshift stretcher and Whittemore was carried to the nearby Cooper Tavern. Doctor Nathaniel Tufts of Medford stripped away Sam's torn, bloody clothing and was aghast at his many gaping bayonet wounds, the other numerous bruises and lacerations, and his horrible facial injury. According to every medical text Tufts had ever studied and all of his years of experience treating injured people, the old man should have bled to death from internal injuries."
That old glorious bastard did not die though, he lived another eighteen (18) years and when asked if he ever regretted his actions, Sam replied:
"No! I would take the same chance again!"
For those partaking of the Appleseed’s across the nation today, for the Oath Keepers who have re-sworn their oaths, and for those that simply understand what our Founding Fathers bequeathed to us- from the signing of the Deceleration of Independence, the Constitution and the demand for the inclusion of the Bill of Rights, I remind you what today is, what we have lost, and what lies on the road ahead and what will be ours once more. Do not waiver!

Veterans a Focus of FBI Extremist Probe

By CAM SIMPSON and GARY FIELDS

WASHINGTON -- The Federal Bureau of Investigation earlier this year launched a nationwide operation targeting white supremacists and "militia/sovereign-citizen extremist groups," including a focus on veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan, according to memos sent from bureau headquarters to field offices.

The initiative, dubbed Operation Vigilant Eagle, was outlined in February, two months before a memo giving a similar warning was issued on April 7 by the Department of Homeland Security.

Disclosure of the DHS memo this week has sparked controversy among some conservatives and veterans groups. Appearing on television talk shows Thursday, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano defended the assessment, but apologized to veterans who saw it as an accusation.

"This is an assessment of things just to be wary of, not to infringe on constitutional rights, certainly not to malign our veterans," she said on NBC's Today Show.

The documents outlining Operation Vigilant Eagle cite a surge in activity by such groups. The memos say the FBI's focus on veterans began as far back as December, during the final weeks of the Bush administration, when the bureau's domestic counterterrorism division formed a special joint working group with the Defense Department.
Since December- the Muslim Kenyan's transition team in place, our, oh so trustworthy internal SS the FBI, certain cliques in the DOD, yes and then came Janet2.

The thing is, the planning has been in place for much longer, the placing of traitorous mindsets in the right offices, the relentless self-hatred being taught to generations, the test cases such as Ruby Ridge and Waco, the Patriot Acts, the near complete erosion of the Constitution and Bill of rights, but one thing scares them. The 2nd and the accumulated weapons in the hands of we citizens- JUST as our Founding Fathers intended.

In Texas, 31% Say State Has Right to Secede From U.S., But 75% Opt To Stay

Friday, April 17, 2009

Thirty-one percent (31%) of Texas voters say that their state has the right to secede from the United States and form an independent country.

However, the latest Rasmussen Reports poll in the state finds that if the matter was put to a vote, it wouldn’t even be close. Three-fourths (75%) of Lone Star State voters would opt to remain in the United States. Only 18% would vote to secede, and seven percent (7%) are not sure what they'd choose.
Just which Texans did that DamnYankee New Jersey outfit poll!?!

We now have militarized police, combat soldiers on our streets, war-zone materials and weaponry in the hands of domestic government agents, FEMA camps, and a neutered rule of law. These atrocious changes have happened quickly, and at a time of civil restlessness. Is this a coincidence? I think not. Everything happens for a reason, and this time that reason is easy to spot. Revenge of the 'Waco Gene'

The Regime has made it official that "right-wing extremism" is a threat to Homeland Security.

That political genus is divided into two species – "white supremacist and anti-government groups" – with the latter further differentiated into various sub-species, including immigration reform activists, "disgruntled military veterans," gun rights advocates, members of citizen militia groups, anti-globalists, constitutionalists, "hate groups," and others deemed politically unsuitable by the Regime.

Less than two years ago, Congress enacted – by a vote of 404–6 – the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act. Its first offspring was an official commission to examine potential content-based Internet restrictions. At some point, it also begat a specialized section within the Homeland Security Department called the Extremism and Radicalization Branch (which we'll call the ERB).

This means that for the first time in American history, the federal government has a full-time intelligence organ devoted exclusively to scrutinizing the political opinions and affiliations of U.S. citizens. It is difficult to overstate the importance of this development as a milestone in our nation's apostasy from its founding as a constitutional republic.

Propaganda Foot Soldiers- Todd Bensman

Propaganda Foot Soldiers.

Sometimes, those that promote a specific agenda do not realize that they are doing so, but most times, in my experience it is done willingly. The reason for this preface is Todd Bensman, the author of the article I just posted about here and some motivation is also this.

Apparently, Mr. Bensman was checking on his name via this search and came across my blog as can be seen in the image directly below.

I decided to visit a bit of the blogs he found in his search and came across this posting from Michael Yon.
American Guns and Mexicans
06 April 2009

It would appear that the Mexico situation carries enough emotional potential – in North America – to dwarf anything we saw on Iraq. Afghanistan is more like a martial metronome, or a software program that’s running in the background; we only notice when it crashes.
Mexico, however...

It looks like anyone who steps into the Mexico fray might as well jump onto the back of an angry bull. I published a few documents/articles lately, mostly without comment, which caused a small uproar. In fact, it appears that FOX responded to the uproar with its own story. Many people, who reflexively expurgated words that did not suit their trained palettes, immediately embraced, uncritically, the FOX report which apparently tasted better. Some people even demanded apologies from me for – I’m not exactly sure for what. I am very good at apologizing when I do something wrong, but there has been zero cause for apology lately. When it comes to the issue of guns to Mexico, the jury has not convened, and so it can hardly be out. I will treat Mexico the same way I treated Iraq: Listen to everyone; trust nothing; draw independent conclusions.

In any case, I re-published this story from FOX, which many people swallowed without chewing. Two journalists contacted me from the San Antonio Express-News; Sig Christenson and Todd Bensman. I’ve known Sig since 2006, and know him to be a respected and experienced war correspondent. Sig introduced Mr. Bensman, saying Mr. Bensman had conducted research on the guns to Mexico issue. Mr. Bensman took sharp issue with the FOX rebuttal.
Mr. Todd Bensman’s rebuttal to the FOX rebuttal:The notion that 90 percent of the guns recovered from Mexican cartels can be traced to US retailers derives from hard ATF trace statistics. The majority of the recovered guns that are traced - not all are - have been traced to American retailers, unless the ATF is just making it all up, and no one has even alleged such a thing.

Those stats, combined with interviews with top law enforcement officials and field agents, and backed by court records and interviews with former cartel gunmen who knew how procurement worked, provide what seems to be a very strong, if not insurmountable, indication of where most of all the other UNtraced guns also come from. There are lots of good reasons why not all seized guns in Mexico are traced. I won't get into that here. But what this Fox news reporter did was to definitively conclude, with no good indicators at the ready, that the untraced guns were NOT from the U.S. He reached this conclusion by doing some simple math, not extensive interviewing of every conceivable human resource involved in the trade, as we at the Express-News did for many months.
You can continue to read Michael Yon's article here and Todd Bensman's work here.

Do I think he writes with an agenda, everybody does, the question is he doing it intentionally- and yes, he and his fellow "reporters" are. Here are a few quotes:
PART I

"I dream that he is planning my birthday parties once again, and that we are all together talking again," Angélica, one of his three children, said through an interpreter. "In that dream, my father is making my mother laugh. He told me to watch over her. And then he said, 'It doesn’t matter, it was my turn.'."

Angélica's father had worn a police badge for 23 years in this Central Mexico state capital, rising to subcommandante and, at 40, was nearing retirement. The hail of bullets came so fast neither he nor his fellow officers had time to fire a shot."

"Some of the assault-style rifles preferred by the narcos are so pernicious that, if modified to fully automatic as they often are, they can fire 10 rounds a second with a force that can rip through most standard armored police vests."
This report starts right out trying to cloud the reader with emotion, tug at your heartstrings and make you weepy. Further one of these "reporters", who diligently studied this situation, brings up "assault rifles"- that old lying canard. So we can read the rest of this report, just remember, THEY LIE.
PART II

The former cartel foot soldier, for example, told the Express-News he got what he needed in Texas. He simply stated to the head of his 40-member cartel security unit — a feared paramilitary group known as the Zetas — what guns he wanted. The orders were passed to fellow cartel workers in charge of finding straw buyers who would be paid in cash or drugs.

"The people who was working here in the U.S. selling the drugs, they were the same that got the weapons," said the former Zeta enforcer who is cooperating with U.S. authorities and asked that his name not be revealed. "They get some people to buy the weapons, every kind of them, and then pay them for it. ... Most times, we were better armed than the local police."

In Houston, ATF agents uncovered one network of more than 30 straw buyers who spent more than $400,000 on guns, said J. Dewey Webb, agent in charge of the office there, which oversees San Antonio and much of south Texas.

"A lot of straw purchasers say, 'Hey I'm not hurting anybody. I'm just making a few dollars,." Webb said. "But that AK killed someone in Mexico. It's all connected and it's all relevant."

There is no proof the 32 guns he bought through a straw purchaser ended up in cartel hands. But prosecutors say that can be assumed because many of them — 23 were handguns that can fire armor-piercing ammo — are favorites of the drug gangs.

The group bought several FN pistols and semi-automatic assault rifles. One was found in Mexico.

But according to the ex-Zeta enforcer who is now an informant, the cartels are usually behind the straw purchases and have little problem getting their hands on the weapons through layers of associates driven by greed. Their purpose is no secret: To kidnap, kill, "all kinds of stuff like that."
Here we have quotes in part two, and there are many more, from an ATF agent and we know, ATF NEVER LIES, DO THEY?

Then, we have a "former" Zeta who is NOW an informant. Do we really want to think he had a change of heart or is he saying what his handlers want him to?
PART III

"I had a guy come in the other day and clear me out of .223s," Rodriguez said of ammunition that fits assault-type rifles as well as classic hunting rifles. "He paid $5,000 cash, and then he went to one of our other stores and cleaned that out, too. I didn't ask what he was going to do with it. It isn't my business to ask. They're probably taking it over to Mexico."

There is nothing illegal about such transactions.

Buying bullets is almost the same as buying a loaf of bread. There's no limit on the amount an adult can buy for civilian use, nor are buyers disqualified by criminal histories, which makes ammunition easier to acquire than guns. Unlike some states, Texas requires no recordkeeping by sellers. One law that does apply isn't much help to law enforcement. It requires buyers be U.S. citizens, but retailers don’t have to check.

"The main thing is for us to stop the illegal flow of guns going to Mexico, but if they don't have bullets, they can't use them," said J. Dewey Webb, the Houston-based head of the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. "It's just as important and it's just as illegal. If we could reduce the traffickers to throwing rocks at each other, I think we’ve achieved our goal."

Kirkpatrick said those to whom he will sell usually are wealthy local firearms enthusiasts who like target practicing with assault-style guns. One hobbyist, he said, recently cleared out his .50-caliber bullets for some fun at the range with an $8,000 sniper rifle he'd bought from Kirkpatrick.

A higher social good

That retailers would voluntarily turn down profits for a higher social good is not without precedent. In the early 2000s, Walgreens and Target began setting voluntary limits on the sale of common cold medicines used to make illegal methamphetamine to dampen the contagion. Texas and other states eventually passed laws restricting volume sales.
Academy sells thousands of rounds of ammunition- SHOCK! This "report" was written shortly after that "discovery" of the guns in Reynosa and the point trying to be made is that ALL ammunition being purchased in bulk is going to Mexico. Are there some purchases heading South to the Failed State? More than probably some ammunition is. Is the bulk of those purchases going there? I seriously doubt it.

When I purchase, it is in bulk one to five thousand rounds at a time and I am not the only one. In fact, I know many gun ranges and small dealers who do EXACTLY what that purchaser who spent $5000.00 did and you want to know why? The ran out of stock AND quite often shipping fees. WHY did they run out? The number one salesman for the firearms industry to date.

These "reporters" then go on to attack Texas, guns, and we Texans because we can purchase ammunition like loaves of bread! Guess what, this is a good thing. Generally it keeps prices down, makes inventory generally plentiful, and moreover, this is our RIGHT and HERITAGE!

Then again, these "reporters" go to the oh so trustworthy ATF (who we will never forget hung their flag after murdering 80+ men women and chidlren) agent who publicly states that the goal is to have the traffickers throw rocks, and if you think they want it to be just across the river, you are wrong as I am sure that they want we simple Texans and American citizens reduced to such as well. But then, we get to the crux of these "reporters" goal- "A higher social good".

In my opinion, these "authorized journalists" goal is disarmament- yours and mine because our World we just be so much better if we just did not have these Ugly Guns, these Evil Black Rifles, these Pee Yourself As Soon As You See Them guns! We live in a Democracy and the majority is scared!

BLECK! Let me pause a moment to wash my mouth out and cleanse this drivel from me!

These seemingly lazy, one-sided reporting propagandist foot soldiers have an agenda and it is not our heritage, our birthright, what our Founding Fathers bequeathed to us that they wish to see continue and this report, in my opinion, makes it clear they do not. Go and read all three parts, make up your own mind after doing some research of your own- I have made up mine.

I cannot help but to often wonder if this is what those, whose lies we refuse to accept, actually wish for.

Oh, and Todd, come back any time you wish and tell your "co-propagandists" they are welcome as well- perhaps all of you will learn something.

Gunrunning sting nets 2

By Todd Bensman - Express-News

Two Mexican nationals accused of conspiring to export $2 million in firearms and ammunition to Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, are in custody after a sting in El Paso.

Undercover federal agents posing as arms merchants nabbed the two men Saturday, wrapping up a rare five-month sting featuring real weapons as props and a wired warehouse.

In the end, the deal was drastically pared down on grounds that last month's deployment of Mexican infantry to stop the mayhem in Juárez made smuggling the load momentarily too risky, authorities said.

The sting, by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement task force in El Paso, may be a sign of more such efforts as federal authorities start a major crackdown on the smuggling of U.S. guns to drug cartels.

“We have a number of complex, ongoing investigations,” said Marcie Forman, director of the agency's office of investigations.

The arrests of Guadalajara residents Gabriel Gonzalez and Osvaldo Tostado come as the U.S. and Mexico intensify efforts to cut off smuggling.
Osvaldo Tostado? More propaganda:
Authorities said the deal originally involved 300 AR-15 or AR-16 assault-style rifles and 10 Barrett .50 caliber sniper rifles, all available in U.S. gun stores to adult U.S. citizens who pass an FBI background check.

It also involved a few military weapons not sold in stores, court records say, including two grenade-launching machine guns and illegal silencers for 20 handguns.

The investigation got under way in December, when a Mexican man known only as “R” asked undercover El Paso police narcotics officers for assault weapons they could smuggle into Juárez, an affidavit said.

The Police Department called in ICE's El Paso-based Border Enforcement Security Team, one of several multiagency task forces along the border that investigate large drug organizations.

The affidavit says a meeting was set up between two men and two undercover agents posing as arms merchants in Las Cruces, N.M..

The two men produced a shopping list of $2 million worth of firearms and ammunition, the affidavit said. The next month, it said, the two men delivered a down payment of $148,045 in a green duffel bag.
You have to remember, that the San Antonio Expressed Ooze was Rupert Murdoch's first purchase in the united States back in 1973 and has expressed a very anti-freedom victim disarmament attitude since. It is a mouthpiece for those who wish to see we Citizens become serfs.

Now, with that said, let us first take a look at this once again- Osvaldo Tostado. Never, ever have I heard the last name of TOSTADO, however I did a search via Google, and sure enough it is a last name (and to think all along I just knew it as a part of a Mexican dish or as a meal- 3 or 4 of them anyway).

OK, so that one is blown, however, this piece of propaganda shows either the stupidity of the editors but more than likely their agenda:

"...300 AR-15 or AR-16 assault-style rifles and 10 Barrett .50 caliber sniper rifles all available in U.S. gun stores to adult U.S. citizens who pass an FBI background check."

Once more, and AR-15 is NOT an Assault Rifle and the term itself is really not descriptive and the attempt to equate it with the M16 rifle, which is select-fire is blatant propaganda.

The Barret .50 caliber rifle is just a rifle and I no matter what so many clueless web pages tell you, just because you add a scope to a rifle, does NOT make it a "sniper rifle". It is the same type of propaganda as the terms Assault Rifle, EBR, or PIYPATSOT's.

Moreover, with all of the lies as of late, oh say like 90%, just exactly how much credence are you actually going to put into this report and it's timing. A feral government sting, two Mexican Nationals, and both governments, one feral & one failed- both with an agenda and both of them saying:

Who you gonna believe? Me or your lying eyes!?!

Protesters Stage Tax Day Crap Session on the Steps of the IRS Building

A group of at least 30 protesters dropped their pants and defecated on the steps of the IRS building in Washington D.C. today in an apparent protest of the US policy to bailout large financial institutions. Onlookers who witnessed the event said that it took only about 30 seconds to complete and was carried out with military like precision.

Most participants appeared to be men and quickly disappeared on foot and into awaiting vehicles at the scene. Witnesses describe them as wearing regular clothes with no marking or slogans of any kind. Minutes after the protest firefighters arrived to remove the neat and uniformly spaced piles of feces from the steps and it quickly became business as usual at the scene with no arrests being made.
Congratulations and I hope you boys are threepers's!

Oh, and Janet, the last Janet got away with it, but understand this- never again.

Corrupt Mexican Military Officers- No!

It's something for border czar to worry about
Strongest gun yet seized from cartel by Mexican authorities
By DANE SCHILLER HOUSTON CHRONICLE
April 14, 2009, 10:26PM

On the very day officials confirmed President Barack Obama will appoint a border czar to combat drug cartels, Mexican police announced they confiscated a U.S.-made machine gun that could penetrate steel from a mile away, likely the most destructive weapon of its type ever seized in Mexico.

Together, the two moves signal the ever increasing strength of cartel warfare — and the task ahead for the U.S. and Mexican governments.

The discovery of the .50-caliber Browning machine gun, which Mexican authorities said was mounted in the bed of a pickup and has a rate of fire of 800 rounds a minute, also came just days before Obama's first trip to Mexico.

The White House is promising cooperation with Mexico, and both Obama and Mexican President Felipe Calderon, are under pressure to slow the drug running, gun smuggling and violence that threatens Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California.
Now, here is the telling part:
Gun's source unknown

Mike Vigil, the Drug Enforcement Administration's former chief of international operations, said the weapon is capable of "a massacre ... they were probably waiting for a major offensive."

Vigil suspected the weapon belonged to the Mexican military, but was obtained by corrupting military officers.

The issue of U.S.-made weapons ending up in the hands of cartels has gained attention in recent months and is expected to be part of the discussion between Obama and Calderon.

Mexican government officials have said repeatedly that if the U.S. government wants them to curb the northward flow of drugs, America will have to curb the southward flow of weapons.
And now for the show:
Federal blitz planned

The U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, as well as Texas firearms dealers, say the big gun could have taken many paths to the drug traffickers, including having been bought on the military black market.

"Saying it is rare would be correct," ATF spokeswoman Franceska Perot said. "This is a high-powered weapon."

The gun could be used to shoot down an aircraft if mounted correctly, but it is made for use against personnel or vehicles, Perot said.

Federal gun agents are planning to blitz Houston and the southern half of Texas starting later this month with a temporary army of 100 additional inspectors and investigators aimed at rooting out weapons traffickers.

That force is scheduled to be permanently beefed up later this year by other agents, some of whom are currently in the ATF academy.

Perot said the coming move will bolster current investigations as well as tear into a backlog of some 700 U.S.-purchased weapons confiscated in Mexico after being used by drug cartel gunmen.
So, I wonder what they are doing, going to FFL's, asking for 4473's that list EBR's (Evil Black Rifles- AR-15's and variants) and the PIYPATSOT's (Pee In Your Pants At The Sight Of Them- AK-47 and variants), then visiting the owners like they did in when looking for the Muslim Muhammad and the Wetback Muslim Malvo. You remember, Moose, who seemingly questioned every white man who owned an AR and who refused to look at the evidence and who is, at last news, an OFFICER with the Honolulu Police Department (and it only took him six months of training to become one). Moreover, I think we have the same sort of BULLSHIT investigative work, like Moose did, being done here. They know exactly were most of those weapons came from and it AIN'T US but the Kenyan, his Masters, and their minions have an agenda and it is control.

Wow, who would have thunk that Mexican officials, let alone Mexican Military Officers, could be corrupted!?!

I'm shocked, shocked I tell you!

Not one more of MY rights!

ATF & Mexico LYING AGAIN!

From the UK Paper:
What's a nice girl like you doing with an arsenal like this?
Police seize 20-year-old guarding vast weapons cache... including anti-aircraft gun

By Mail Foreign Service
Last updated at 8:01 PM on 14th April 2009

Smirking for the camera, this is the 20-year-old woman Mexican police caught guarding an extraordinary arsenal of weapons.

Anahi Beltran Cabrera was seized during a routine patrol in Sonora state, near the U.S. border.

Officers recovered a vast cache of weapons including an anti-aircraft gun capable of firing 800 shots per minute, a number of rifles and an array of ammunition.

They believe the haul belongs to a group allegedly linked to the powerful Beltan Leyva drug cartel.

Cabrera was paraded before the media - along with the weapons she was caught guarding.

Large swathes of Mexico have been ravaged by violence with drugs gangs battling for territory.

Last month, 2,000 soldiers and armed federal police were deployed into the border town of Ciudad Juarez to restore order to the country's most violent city.

In one month, 250 people were killed by hitmen fighting for lucrative smuggling routes.
From Brietbart:
Mexican detained with anti-aircraft machine gun
Apr 14 02:12 PM US/Eastern
By E. EDUARDO CASTILLO
Associated Press Writer

MEXICO CITY (AP) - A woman was arrested guarding an arsenal that included an anti-aircraft machine gun—the first weapon of its kind seized in Mexico, police said Tuesday.

The arsenal belonged to a group linked to the powerful Beltran Leyva drug cartel, federal police coordinator Gen. Rodolfo Cruz said. It also included ammunition, five rifles, a grenade and part of a grenade launcher.

Mexican drug cartels, battling a fierce crackdown by soldiers and federal police, have increasingly gotten hold of higher-powered weapons, even military-grade arms such as grenades and machine guns. That has left police—particularly state and municipal forces—grossly outgunned, and many officers have quit following attacks.

Cruz said the confiscated .50-caliber, anti-aircraft machine gun can fire 800 rounds per minute and is capable of penetrating armor from more than 5,000 feet (1,500 meters). Police on a routine patrol Monday found the gun fitted atop an SUV at a house in northern Sonora state.

Authorities did not release any other details about the gun, including its make, where it was manufactured, or where it was sold.

The arrested suspect, Anahi Beltran Cabrera, apparently is not related to the Beltran Leyva clan, Cruz said.

The U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has traced many guns seized at scenes of drug violence in Mexico to U.S. commercial sources. But determining the source of military-grade weapons such as grenades and fully automatic machine guns is more complicated.

The ATF says the grenades are mostly smuggled in through Central America, and have been traced back to the militaries of many countries, from South Korea to Spain and Israel. Some may be leftovers from the Central American civil wars.

Assailants have fired on government aircraft performing anti-drug missions in Mexico in the past, but apparently never with the caliber of weapon found Monday.

In 2006, a helicopter on a federal drug-eradication mission crashed while trying to escape ground fire, and a second helicopter was damaged by gunfire in the Pacific coast state of Guerrero.

Mexico is upgrading its northern and southern border checkpoints in an effort to detect and seize more guns and other contraband, installing equipment that will weigh and photograph each car and truck coming into the country.

President Barack Obama has promised to do more to stop gun trafficking from the United States to Mexico. He has pledged to dispatch nearly 500 more federal agents to the border, along with X-ray machines and drug-sniffing dogs.

Mexico's drug violence has claimed more than 10,650 lives since President Felipe Calderon launched a military-led offensive against trafficking cartels in December 2006.

In March, the government sent thousands more troops to the northern border to quell escalating violence. The government announced Sunday that drug-related homicides fell 26 percent across the country in the first three months of the year, compared to the same period in 2008.
That machine gun is John Moses Browning's M2 which is affectionately known as Ma Duece! I will wager that one was sold, or more than likely GIVEN, to the Mexican government by the the United States GOVERNMENT!

The few ammo boxes are mostly Sellior & Beloit and the "arsenal" they are displaying are standard issue GI Mags made by many different companies. Oh and just so you know there is not enough ammo displayed to fill those magazines.

Now let me cut to the chase!

I call both Gen. Rodolfo Cruz and the F-Troop (ATF) lying bastards! You both know where they came from, you both know the lies you are foisting and so boys- not one more of MY RIGHTS!

I was asked about Platt & Matix Day.

I was recently asked about why I posted Happy Platt & Matix Day since they were criminals, murderous thugs and "not one of us". My response to that person was easy and I will repeat it here.

No, they were not one of us and they were criminals & murderous thugs- who handed an organization that, we were taught was just the opposite, but in actuality were no better than those that gunned it's agents down.

You ask for proof and this blog and many others have multiples listed, but here are three:
  1. FBI to Congress: Murder, Wrongful Imprisonment May Be Necessary to Preserve Drug Investigations
  2. Law Enforcement: FBI Lowers Bar on Past Marijuana Use by Would-Be Agents
  3. COINTELPRO prosecution of Black Panthers haunts Nebraska justice system while policeman's killers go free
Now each of these crimes by the agency were NOT committed by the agents killed, nor am I asserting that any of the agents killed were criminals- they just worked for an agency that was criminal quite often. Just as our Feral Government has become, and that one time- Agents of the State had their asses handed to them on a platter.

Our nation is getting very close, and this is not just my opinion, to breaking apart, descending, in many sections of it, to outright war. Our so-called leaders rally around a Wetback who, though no proof exists, has had his Wetback Aunt left in our nation; scott free to continue to steal from our citizens. Has he been the only one (no I do not consider him a man) who has defiled the office with his occupancy? No he is not, however he is the lowest as he is not an American. Too many of the former Republic's "citizenry" seem to have no problem with this or other crimes committed by it's agents in our names.

I do.

Go and do your own research, I have provided plenty of links- so do other blogs and sites and then make up your own mind. I have tired of being lied to and having had my citizenship denigrated and sullied all in the name of what? Certainly not what the men of my family fought and some even died for, nor what our Founding Fathers bequeathed us.

So, the next time any agent of the former Republic who, by continuing to serve and have served criminal agencies and their feral masters, fall, remember Platt & Matix and what the lessons learned teach- they are not demigods, nor super-heroes, or even that much slicker than the next man, because they are simply men too.

"Sic Semper Tyrannis"

This is a great post penned by Mr. Sharkey four years back and I repost it today:
It was on April 15th, 1865, the hand of Justice pushed the American Lenin into Cocytus' icy grip where all traitors to country go. With the immortal battle cry of all who would strike down the tyrant, "Sic Semper Tyrannis", Abraham Lincoln was struck down.

It was the politics of Lincoln which drove this nation into it bloodiest conflict and set the foundations of the tax you were forced to pay and the other infringement and violations of the Constitution we endure daily from a central Federal Government. Of that Civil War and the politics behind it the historian Jeffrey Hummel wrote in Emancipating Slaves, Enslaving Free Men, "The Civil War represents the simultaneous culmination and repudiation of the American Revolution."

If you should suffer from a terminal case of Lincoln worship, I suggest for an antidote read, The Real Lincoln: A New Look at Abraham Lincoln, His Agenda, and an Unnecessary War by Thomas Dilorenzo. For a taste of what it contains see Walter William's comments on it, "Delorenzo is Right About Lincoln".

In memory of this great day, I flew the Bonnie Blue flag of Secession and the South Carolina flag of Sovereignty and thought how this county might have been had not the American Lenin come to power. Remember, "Sic Semper Tyrannis" and rejoice!!

"It is against our religion; we do not do this in our culture," Alaeddin said.

Islam 'insulted' by alleged child killer's mug shot, says husband

April 10, 2009
By KIM JANSSEN, Staff Writer

The police booking photo of alleged child killer Nour Hadid released Tuesday is an "insult against our religion," says Hadid's husband, Alaeddin.

Orland Park police detectives say the 26-year-old Muslim woman was treated as any other suspect in a murder probe would be, and they did not intend to humiliate her when they photographed her Sunday without her headscarf and wearing only a skimpy top.

Nour Hadid is accused of beating her 2-year-old niece Bhia Hadid to death over four days at her home on the 9000 block of West 140th Street. The child had 55 separate bruises and was beaten "from head to toe," according to prosecutors, who say Hadid confessed.

But Alaeddin Hadid - who insists his wife is innocent - said Orland Park police are "really going to be in big trouble" for releasing the woman's booking photo to the news media after she was charged with first-degree murder.

The Hadids are Muslims and Nour "never leaves the home without covering up," said Alaeddin, who's vowed to sue.

By custom, some practicing Muslim women wear the hijab, or headscarf, and cover their arms and legs when in public.

In the mug shot, a bare-headed and obviously emotional Nour appears to be protecting her modesty with her hands.

"It is against our religion; we do not do this in our culture," Alaeddin said.

"People have been calling me about this all day."
No, you just beat children to death and then worry about pictures without scarves Alaeddin, newsflash, you are in OUR culture, OUR nation, OUR weay of life- not yours.

A Defence of Defense

CSMK sent me the link I think it well worth posting about.
A Defence of Defense

On this topic, in the recent past, it has often been said that "We will just have to agree to disagree," and for most of my life I have lived according to that dictate. This has never produced agreement, or even termination of the issues under discussion. It was simply a method to disengage; exhibition boxing, with fighters returning to their corners following rounds where no punches landed, at times with none even being thrown.

But alas, the world has changed, drastically; altered to such extent that to me it is no longer recognizable. Some of my thoughts, my beliefs and even some of my actions seem oddly inappropriate, or worse, unacceptable. Consequently, I no longer accept that we can "agree to disagree" and further, I will longer attempt to reason with you. If this seems arbitrary or personally offensive let me add that, in attempting to specify the recipients for this, I found I could not. Therefore I am writing to everyone, stating the case as simply as possible and you must judge the value for yourself. Whether you choose to finish reading this or not, you will find that there are consequences to either choice.

Defense, as a subject and in its concepts, is as simple and basic as any subject can be, extending from a status of non-thinking "instinct" to one of years' long intelligent planning. Moreover, it is common to all living beings, from the smallest of germs, unable to be seen, to the largest of animals, impossible to ignore. While there are animals without natural predators, even these have developed defenses; knowledge of the poisonous or for use against those that will fight against being consumed. If there were any species that did not have or use defense, it must have became extinct long ago.

No; defense is not complex. It is probably the most understood and widely utilized behavior possible among sentient beings, across all boundaries, both natural and artificial and with or without intelligent thought. It is truly a mystery then, to contemplate that defense can be contentious. It is though, but only, amusingly enough, to what is delightfully called intellect.

Defensives choices can be summarized with two words that are familiar to all; "Fight or Flight." The second choice, "Flight" has seldom been contentious, seen as nothing more than a non-aggressive act of removing yourself from perceived danger. A choice of flight however, is not always available or practicable; dead-end escape routes or being unwilling to abandon protected children, are inherent situational limitations. But some arbitrary limitations have now been added. Whether artificial bounds of logic or law should be added, such as the daily quoted, entertaining line "If you're not guilty, why did you run?" produces only doubt, confusion and submission to aggression. Flight however does sometimes remain a valid choice, within limitations.

When the word "Fight" is mentioned however, simplicity disappears; all Hell breaks loose, and the subject becomes encumbered with related concepts, conditional choices, moral circumstances, and even invented word definitions. I have already stated that I am no longer willing to "reason with you," and this seems an appropriate time to add that I also do not write to propose, argue, sway, convince or even inform. I am aware of all facets of the issues, the contentious opposites of moral and immoral, peace and war, and the philosophies concerning the nature of man. For years I have taken part in all aspects of these issues, including the newest; political correctness, enforced fairness and tolerance of multiculturalism. As the world has changed, and is changing, I can no longer view these disagreements as anything other than unending mental masturbation that produces no climax or satisfaction. So, what then is the purpose of this letter? It is to state, in no uncertain terms, a view of the world in which you now live. I write, as a nice guy, concerned with your safety, to say that you may be in danger; perhaps mortal danger. As I do not know exactly who you are as you read this, I have some questions about you.

Do you believe in, and will you act, in defense? For me this is a rhetorical yes; but I know that some will answer in the negative. For those, my retort is simple; "Bull****, you are lying." I stand ready to walk up to you, grab you by the throat and begin squeezing, keeping breath from your body. I fully expect you will raise a hand in defense, to prevent this, and would be astounded if you did not. You are safe, of course, as I do not want, and will not, kill you for a test. Some might even allow for my commitment, with a strong-willed lapse into unconsciousness, to prove a point. I will not argue your view, as I know I am replaceable in this experiment by someone that is willing to kill you, then your family, then your friends and then your neighbors. Yes, the world has changed and I am not responsible for the change or for your safety.

Will you, in an act of defense, grab a stick, a rock or any handy object to protect yourself and loved ones? Again my rhetorical yes, and a "bull****" for the naysayers; most of them anyway as I cannot exclude exceptions. For these exceptional people, I will only say that I may mourn your family, but I will not mourn you or take on the responsibility of your family once you have allowed your self-destruction. My view is that you should have become extinct long ago, preventing the proliferation of that gene, that belief and that reaction. Again, in many ways you may protest or argue, but I have already said that I will not. That's just one of the ways of the world now; made possible in part by your stupid and continued resistance to a valid view of defense.

And we now arrive where you suspected we were headed; to the subject of weapons. I finally realized that the unending arguments on this subject were not really about "guns," demonstrated by the continuing fight in some places, even after guns are banned, against swords, then knives, then to "sticks" (those clubs I mentioned) and further even to toy guns and other items that "may appear to be guns." What are weapons or firearms in this context? Nothing more than "intelligent planning" to have a powerful "stick" handy when it becomes needed. Again I say "Bull****" to those that would prohibit them, and again I maintain that, however your contrived protests against guns are presented, you are lying. And sadly, lying, even to yourself, can have tragic consequences.

The lie is caught in observable, logical inconsistency; proved by simply looking at reality. In every case it is obvious that weapons and firearms are allowed; to the armed forces, police, regulatory agencies, officers of the court and yes, even politicians. This approval however is not extended to "free people," it is not willingly granted to "citizens." This stance and its observable outcome reveals a basic belief. It is not sticks, stones or firearms being legislated against; it is "selected people," and your contempt for these "certain people" is blatantly and obviously on display. All of these people can be divided into two groups; those approved, as presumed to be "under approved direction" and those that are not. Period.

It really is that simple, and I will no longer argue, as it is desired to focus the argument into endless, meaningless repetition. I write, as a good and kind person, to tell you that you are in danger, not from me but from yourself, as you will live within the results produced by your actions.

Having opposed my position on my right to bear arms and attempted to make me defenseless by voting to disarm me by law, this may be a good time for you to review some of your assumptions. Will those you have approved of having arms respond at all times, and act on your behalf when they do respond? Do you have a firm belief that police or U.S. Troops will not fire upon its own citizens? Will you seek my help, and will I respond, when you are come under immediate threat? Will I do so at cost and expenditure; knowing that I also increase a threat to myself and loved ones in order to help you?

Think of other questions on your own - and note that they all boil down to a single one: Will a reasonable person work to preserve another, one that has worked against their efforts of life preservation? There are two broad classes of parasites, one feeds and survives on its host in symbiotic relationship, being careful, in its own interest, to help it survive; the other, short-sighted and without thought for its own well being, endangers and kills its host.

I do not know, and will not speculate, on how or what constitutes the criteria for the division of people; after all, those allowed the provision of arms were and are those "free people" and "citizens" prior to joining those "approved classes" you believe you direct. I will not even speculate that "gun owners" are "hated for our freedoms" or any of your many other projections. I simply want you to know that I consider you, and your arguments, irrelevant. I read history and I am content to leave you to the one you are creating for yourself, you are deserving of it. I hope you remember this at the appropriate time.
The man who wrote this is much more elegant & circumspect than I- and he is absolutely correct about remembering.
