RIP: Aaron Zelman

Aaron Zelman, the man who founded JPFO.org, has died.

I called asking about my membership number once, and he told me something I have never forgotten:

"Son, we do not number people."

A fine man who did an incredible job.

Rest In Peace Sir.

Free Brian Aitken!!!

David Codrea's second National Gun Rights post yesterday brings to our attention:
Supporters promote "Call to action day" to free Brian Aitken
Supporters of Brian Aitken, the New Jersey gun owner serving a seven-year sentence for having unloaded guns in the trunk of his car while moving, have designated December 15 as a "Call to action day" to petition Governor Chris Christie to issue a pardon.
That they are at the end of the fight and that TOGETHER WE STAND:
CALL TO ACTION: On Wednesday, December 15 2010, please pick up your phone and call Governor Christie at 609-292-6000. Wish him a Merry Christmas and ask him to please Free Brian Aitken!!!
Just taking that his "conviction" is repugnant to the 8th Amendment:

"Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted."

Certainly, seven (7) years for the HORRIBLE CRIME of transporting his property is CRUEL AND UNUSUAL!

Moreover, Brian Aitken should never been tried to begin with as he was exercising his inalienable right enumerated by the 2nd Amendment:

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

As I said, tell them no more!

Article the twelfth [Amendment X]

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Read these closely, think of what is occurring daily, and ask yourself- for just how long has the united States government used this, and the Constitution, to wipes it's ass with?

I say no more.

George Washington - December 14th, 1799

Two-hundred and eleven years ago today, he passed, no small part due to the medical quackery of "bleeding" him.

His last words, "Tis well."

It is fully our fault that today it is not.

Raise your glass to the man from Virginia, the man who was offered a kingship, the AMERICAN Man- whom established what it is to be honorable.

"December 7, 1941—a date which will live in infamy."

Sixty-nine years ago, Pearl Harbor was attacked by the Empire of Japan. Monday, December 8th, 1941, FDR, before a joint session of Congress stated:
"Yesterday, December 7, 1941—a date which will live in infamy—the United States of American was suddenly and deliberately attacked by naval and air forces of the Empire of Japan."
He spoke for nearly eight minutes, and in that entire time, he never spoke about the fact that he knew it was coming. That he had worked to provoke Japan into making a "mistake" for the past fourteen months. That the knowledge had been withheld from Admiral Husband E. Kimmel and General Walter Short. These men lived their lives in shame thereafter and fought until death to clear themselves.

In October of 2000, "during the presidency of Bill Clinton" he "signed into law, with the support of a bipartisan Congress, the National Defense Authorization Act that, among other provisions, reversed the findings of nine previous Pearl Harbor investigations and found that both Kimmel and Short were denied the crucial intelligence."

This was due to their families relentless fight to clear their fathers names. Many of those in Congress who wrote into the National Defense, clearing their names, read a book written by Robert Stinnett.

That book is Day of Deceit which details these facts.

FDR wanted in badly into the WWII to supposedly fight the Germans, but that filthy Commie Bastard, who swore constantly in his fireside chats that "Eleanor don't war, my boys don't want war- there will be no war."

However- FDR lied.

My Father served in that war, and others that came after it, but he is the one who taught me the truth about FDR before such news was commonly understood. He is the one who lived through the Great Depression and heard that Commie-Bastard say such and mocked that butcher FDR accordingly.

My existence is due to that war, but this does not negate the fact that I say the attack on Pearl Harbor should not have happened and could have been averted.

Many people fought to keep us out of WWII, and then, as today, are scorned as Isolationist and Non-Interventionists at best and cowards at worst- they were not. They were people who saw much truth in the waste that would come and when it did, stood and fought.

Many similar things have been happening today and we are being told that our Liberties need to be curtailed for our safety and protection.

BULLSHIT!

Give up not one Liberty, not one Freedom, not one more inch given to these government liars whose goal is to turn us into serfs! More such feel-good propaganda will be occurring much more regularly to sway opinions, minds, and emotions to create the scream for security- I say no and be prepared to fight!
