Big Sis Launches Undercover TSA Spies To Ride Houston Buses

Feds to watch for suspicious activity, pre-crime criminal behavior

A new program in Houston will place undercover TSA agents and police officers on buses whose job it will be to perform bag searches, watch for "suspicious activity" and interrogate passengers in order to 'curb crime and terrorism'.

Democratic Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee unveiled the program, labeled Bus Safe, during a press conference on Friday. According to a Metropolitan Transit Authority of Houston (METRO) press release, agencies involved in the scheme will, "ride buses, perform random bag checks, and conduct K-9 sweeps, as well as place uniformed and plainclothes officers at Transit Centers and rail platforms to detect, prevent and address latent criminal activity or behavior."

"While local law enforcement agencies focus on overall safety measures noted above, representatives with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will also be on hand, lending their counter-terrorism expertise and support during the exercise," states the press release.

"If you think you're going to be a bad actor on buses, get ready. You are going to have a short-lived time frame," Jackson Lee said during the press conference. The Congresswoman is a staunch advocate of the TSA, having recently chastised the passage of a new law that allows airports to evict TSA agents and replace them with private screeners by claiming it would lead to a new 9/11-style attack.

Kidnapping in Mission, Texas

Homes raided amid kidnapping probe; businessman may be victim

MISSION — Police here conducted at least two home raids Monday in connection with a kidnapping.

Police would not yet release details on the case, but law enforcement officials did state the license plate number of the victim’s vehicle over the police radio. Public records show the pickup truck is registered to Fred Harms.

Harms is involved with several Rio Grande Valley businesses. He is the director of Santa Fe Steakhouse Inc. and the president of Paradise Car Wash among other businesses, according to the Texas Secretary of State’s records.

Harms could not be reached for comment Monday.

Hmm, and what is being told to many "front line" LEO's (many different types) is that it was a simple "domestic dispute", which is different from what they were initially told (yesterday) according to a number of little birds I have heard from down there.

Just continue that War on Some Drugs- keep importing this crime, it is what TPTB really want no matter what they say.

MISSION — Two men faced aggravated kidnapping charges after they allegedly abducted a McAllen businessman at gunpoint from a Denny’s parking lot Sunday night.

Judge Horacio Peña Jr. charged Armando Hernandez, 48, and Edgar Daniel Saavedra, 21, with the first degree felony Tuesday at the Mission Municipal Court.

Investigators believe both were part of a group of men who kidnapped Fred Harms, director of Santa Fe Steakhouse Inc. and president of Paradise Carwash — both in McAllen.

Harms managed to escape from his assailants Monday morning.

The kidnapping stemmed from a lovers’ quarrel, said Mission Assistant Police Chief Martin Garza. Hernandez and the victim were apparently dating the same woman.

Hernandez — whom sources said is a police comandante in Mexico — apparently orchestrated the kidnapping, police said. He asked Farms to meet him at the Mission restaurant, 116 South Shary Road, about 8 p.m. Sunday.

The reason I am linking to this is simple. Yesterday, I was down along the Rio and when heading back north late in the afternoon, I was listening to the local talk radio afternoon host who is a retired Army Colonel. Though I have heard his stupidity before (he sounds like a real socialist), I was startled to hear him call for the US to take Mexico and Canada and create the United States of North America. Moreover, he called for NATIONALIZING the police and called it the United States Police with the minor caveat of limited local oversight. He also called for breaking up Texas into five states and further, he called the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution nothing more than "TRADITIONS".

His publicly stated reasons is for efficiency- yes efficiency and the fact that our Founding Fathers could never have imagined the World as it is today. Things like planes, automatic weapons, nuclear bombs, telephones, the Internet... You know, things that men like Da Vinci dreamed of- and, of course, we know the Founding Fathers were a bunch of ignoramuses, unread and un-imaginative who had not the ability to think beyond their immediate desires.

If you do not think Agenda 21 and the goals of absolute control are not real just turn on some local radio- you might just be surprised too.

the log doesn't necessarily suggest anything about an email. the host/ip fields mean that that is the client machine making the request to the webserver.

now it is extremely uncommon for a mail server to up and make an HTTP request while providing a "firefox" user-agent. suspicious, yes.

it is even more uncommon for a mail server to be running windows xp. doubly suspicious, yes.

He commented further and made me realize that some may think that the TinyURL links might possibly be nefarious. The links I provided in my post are not.

Further, I used ixquick to find out what belong2 DOT com is too. From that search, I found a robotex page showing that the Black Rock Group is on the same E-mail server as belong2.

San Juan police told Action 4 News they found items that no ordinary citizen should be in possession of mere feet from an elementary school.

"The only type of person who should have this is law enforcement," said Sgt. Rudy Luna. "We will find out where he got this and who sold this to him."

50 ballistic helmets, 26 high powered rifle magazines, over 600 rounds of ammunition, and 24 pairs of tactical boots were all found inside a home in the 7,000 block of Fern Street Sunday afternoon.

Police told Action 4 News to buy these items a person has to have a special license and the man in possession of these items did not.

"You have to show proof of law enforcement," said Luna. "It is under investigation of how he gained possession of this equipment."

Katie, Sergeant Rudy Luna may earnestly wish it to be so, but it is there is no such law on Texas's books UNLESS the man arrested was a felon, and tha is federal law. Moreover, if there was such a law on Texas' books- then why NO charges yet?

TSA BullShit and American's Reactions

I have been busy, but have read, heard and watched the reactions to the TSA BullShit and the idiot reactions by so-called FREE Americans. Things like:

1. Molested

NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. - Antonia Riggs Miernik reluctantly rolls up her left pant leg, revealing a scar that runs down her knee. When Miernik was 27 years old, she was injured in a car crash, and "basically destroyed the knee." Now, she has a metal knee implant.

One of the effects of the implant is that whenever the New Port Richey woman flies, she triggers the metal detectors at airport security. She says the normal procedure is that she is then subjected to a TSA pat down. She has experienced multiple pat downs since Sept. 11.

"I feel molested. I’d like to go take a shower with Lysol (afterwards)," Miernik said, describing the pat downs, which she said includes being "touched all over."

Miernik said the worst experience she had came when her 7-year-old granddaughter was at the airport with her. When her granddaughter saw the pat down, "She went 'Grandmama, they touched you on your special girl spots.'"

When a San Diego man opted out of security screening using the Advanced Imaging Technology (AIT) at Lindbergh Field Friday, he stripped down to his underwear in an attempt to avoid the pat-down procedures.

Samuel Wolanyk took the protest started Nov. 13 by Oceanside's John Tyner to a whole new level.

While Tyner videotaped his refusal to be patted down, telling the agent "If you touch my junk, I'll have you arrested," Wolanyk decided to give TSA a look at his body down to his Calvin Klein's.

Through a statement released by his attorney Sunday night, Wolanyk said "TSA needs to see that I'm not carrying any weapons, explosives, or other prohibited substances, I refuse to have images of my naked body viewed by perfect strangers, and having been felt up for the first time by TSA the week prior (I travel frequently) I was not willing to be molested again."

Now Granny, you earned your humiliation, as did "Tom" Sawyer (and you are fully undeserving of your nickname), and John Tyner, the man "who started it all" you are an idiot. Each and everyone of you, I will wager, have been fully aware and more than likely have been happy to bow and grovel up until now in regards to your liberty. It is not like they have not lied or pulled these stunts before.

In fact, we learn that power-mad molester, Pistole, was WARNED about lying to the public and his LIE OF OMISSION is just that- A LIE! Just like the following lies he is spreading now!

Against advice, TSA chief didn't warn public about pat-downs

In an hour-long discussion with reporters, Pistole said media officials at the Department of Homeland Security had urged him to "get out ahead" of the potential controversy by formally announcing plans for enhanced body searches and the use of new X-ray and radio-wave imaging devices at 70 airports beginning in November.

But doing so would have provided a "roadmap or blueprint for terrorists" to avoid detection by using other airports where the new technology wasn't in place, Pistole said.

Rather than publicize the changes, Pistole said he made a "risk-based" decision to roll it out first and "try to educate the public after we did that."

Airline passengers aren't the only ones complaining about the Transportation Security Administration’s new enhanced security procedures. Many TSA employees aren't too happy, either.

The American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE), the union that represents TSA workers, is urging the TSA to do more to protect its employees from abuse from airline passengers angry over the new security methods. The union reports that some members "have reported instances in which passengers have become angry, belligerent and even physical with TSOs (transportation security officers). In Indianapolis, for example, a TSO was punched by a passenger who didn't like the new screening process," the union said in a Nov. 17 statement posted on its website.

You know what TSA PANTYWAIST PUSSIES, so what!?! Just following orders did not work at Nuremberg, and it is not going to work for you either.

I was sitting around Sunday night with the family and some friends enjoying a meal when an anonymous caller rang my cell phone. I answered and a man asked, "Are you Josh Horwitz?" I said yes and he explained that he is a supporter of Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership (a radical gun-rights group). He then went on to say that with a name like Horwitz I must be Jewish, and he expressed dismay that any Jew could be working for gun control, which he deemed a "Nazi agenda." At which point I hung up.

This is not the first time that an accusation of Nazism has been thrown my way, and unfortunately such irresponsible aspersions occur all too often these days. I am in a rough business, and I understand that. But the events of the last two weeks have got me (and apparently many others) thinking about how the seeds of violence, planted by the insurrectionary right, are starting to birth a movement of thuggery that in some ways mimic the rise of the National Socialists in Weimar-era Germany.

He then proceeds to lie and call private security guards, militia members, Joe Miller, William Fulton & Norm Olson of Alaska, Mike Vanderboegh, what he calls the "insurrectionary right" and Ran Paul supporters. In fact, be perpetuates the lie that LIE that Lauren Valle had her head stomped. He does state that Valle is a MoveOn.org plant, but fails to mention that she attacked Rand Paul.



Josh Horwitz is a NAZI in the finest tradition of Joseph Goebbels and as we all know- always call a spade a spade. In this instance, NAZI.

The Obama-run Washington bureaucracy has classified a common and reliable rifle, the M1 Garand, as a "threat to public safety in the U.S.," and the State Department has canceled plans by the Republic of Korea to return tens of thousands of surplus rifles to the U.S. for sale in the consumer market.

The stunning classification of an ordinary gun that was used in the U.S. military for two decades and issued to thousands of soldiers and Marines during World War II and Korea as a threat came in a document by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.

It is being publicized by Examiner gun rights writer David Codrea, who said the federal agency appeared alarmed that there would be "no more controls [over imported Garands] than any other firearm."

All too eerily reminiscent of pre-War diplomacy in the 1930s where small countries get all too easily fed to the sharks to allow the bigger countries to party on. Imagine the consequences of a "quasi-expulsion": doing business in such a place becomes a nightmare as a fog of uncertainty descends. Big political risks too.

Bottom line: any threat to globalism, any sign of strain on the frozen smile of governments threatens all other economies, particularly those that are in debt up to their eyeballs. If anybody in the green wall of silence starts to get grouchy, then there's a chance that all bets are off and the hourly recycling of the mountains of debt stops. And that, folks, is the 21st Century equivalent of The Bomb Paranoia of the late 20th Century.

When there's even the slightest hint of a soupcon of a chance that the global system could unravel, that triggers huge anxiety because all the big banks are broke, all the governments are in huge debt and all citizens are feeding on the teat of money printing to support the debt.

There's just not a lot of wiggle room left. Gold is clearly the favored safe haven because there's no telling which currency could blow up. Even those of creditor nations like Japan and Switzerland could get hurt if their trading partners and political cronies are in the soup. They'd have to face a brave new world alone.

And a weak 30 Yr Bond auction today isn't helping boost confidence in the debt system. Were are the troops when you need 'em?

But the FBI knew beforehand that adults in the compound had gas masks; the gas therefore would not put pressure on them. On whom, then? If the FBI knew that the adults had gas masks, but went ahead with the gas attack anyway, it is plain that this "pressure" was brought directly against the children because, as the FBI knew, they could not fit into adult– size gas masks. "Maternal feelings", the FBI hoped, would be unleashed in the mothers by watching their children choking, gasping and blistering from the gas.

The plan Reno approved and took to President Clinton for approval contemplated the children choking in the gas unprotected for forty-eight hours if necessary, to produce the requisite "maternal feelings". By taking aim at the children with potentially lethal gas, their mothers would be compelled, according to the FBI plan repeatedly defended by the Clinton administration afterwards as "rational" planning, to flee with them into the arms of those trying to gas them. An independent report on Waco written by the Harvard Professor of Law and Psychiatry, Alan A. Stone, for the then Deputy Attorney General Philip Heymann, says it "is difficult to believe that the US government would deliberately plan to expose twenty-five children, most of them infants and toddlers, to CS gas for forty-eight hours". Unfortunately, however, that appears to have been exactly the plan. [Bold added.]

1 in 20: NYPD Officer Says He Has Arrest, Ticket Quota

The arrest and ticket quota is supposed to be an urban myth, but one NYPD officer told ABCNews that it is anything but. He works in the Bronx and says he's "not going to keep arresting innocent people."

"Police Officers like others who receive compensation are provided productivity goals and they are expected to work."

So, that means they are OBLIGATED to create criminals.

What did Ayn Rand say? Oh yes:

"There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws."
