The case against a Rochester woman arrested while videotaping police has been dismissed.

Early Monday afternoon, demonstrators rallied outside the Hall of Justice in support of Emily Good, the city woman who was arrested while videotaping police officers during a traffic stop on May 12th in front of her 19th Ward home. (Click here to watch the video)

Good kept recording police officers while standing in her front yard even though an officer ordered her several times go inside. She was charged with obstructing of governmental administration. Since then, the video from that night has made it onto news shows across the country.

Good's attorney, Stephanie Stare, had asked for the charges to be dismissed. In court Monday, the District Attorney's office says based on a review of the evidence, there was no legal basis to go forward. The charge was withdrawn and the judge dismissed the case.

A joint statement issued by Mayor Tom Richards, City Council President Lovely Warren and Rochester Police Chief James Sheppard says they support the decision of the District Attorney's Office to dismiss the charges against Good. Click here to watch the video of Chief Sheppard's statement.

The statement says whatever the specific circumstances that led to Good's arrest, they see no purpose in pursuing the criminal charges.

Gee Chief Wiggum, I mean Chief Sheppard and Mayor Quimby, excuse me, I mean Mayor Richards, "...whatever the specific circumstances that led to Good's arrest, they see no purpose in pursuing the criminal charges."

Really, truly, pinky-swear? And really, whatever "specific circumstances"? So your are OK that you've hired Jack-Booted Thugs who break their oaths and are terrified of women?

Or, is that a qualification to be hired on to the Rochester, New York PD?

You see I have to ask because neither of you have dropped to you knees to beg forgiveness for hiring such. Are they fired? Are they even put on leave WITHOUT pay? The video evidence shows it, JBT who are afraid of women with video cameras but your mealy mouthed statement is just that- mealy mouthed.

Defenders of Islam call it a "religion of peace" but many Norwegian women are learning that Islam is the religion of rape. According to an amazing police report released there this month, every single solved case of assault-rape in the country in 2010 was carried out by a Muslim immigrant.

The report was cited by an official Norwegian television station, which interviewed a victim who said that her rapist explained to her that his religion permits him to rape her.

According to the police report there was a total of 186 of known rape cases in 2010. These fall into various categories, the largest one of which is assault-rape, carried out by sheer physical force, of which there were 86 cases. In 83 of these cases the perpetrator could be identified by the victim. In all 83, the attacker was described as having "non-western appearance," a laundered euphemism for Muslim immigrants from Africa, the Middle East, or Asia.

In other categories of rape there were Norwegian attackers as well, but they were still in the minority (Note: the translation of the Norwegian TV report embedded here does not make a distiction between "assault rape" and other forms of rape, and appears to confuse the statistics for 2010 with those for 2006-2010).

Hmm, every one solved- nearly 50%. Yes, MIGRATION is the answer- right, sure it is. Not one real concept of Western History, Culture, or Society and how many swallow hook, line and sinker the line that it is a good thing.

IDIOTS! You destroy yourselves! You are committing SUICIDE!

ZAPATA — State police in Tamaulipas looking for David Hartley’s body are now investigating the murder of one of their own. Miguel Alemán State Police Commander Rolando Armando Flores Villegas’ head was delivered in a suitcase Tuesday to the military post in Miguel Alemán.

Officials quickly denied connection between Villegas’
apparent murder and Hartley’s disappearance.

Of course, absolutely nothing to do with the investigation...

A friend loaned this book to me a few years ago as suggested reading. He let me know tonight that he was looking for some links for someone and had come across the book in PDF format and I think it is something worth posting about it and to be as concise as possible regarding a summation, I quote Amazon's product description.

Even though the Kenyan Muslim finally met with General Stanley McChrystal, and spent a twenty-five (25) minute "...session..." that was "...a continuation of ongoing consultations about the way forward in Afghanistan", I am sure that the Kenyan Muslim will let this happen again and I wonder how much dancing there will be on the White House lawn when it does.
