Coventry, England 1940 (One day late)

I missed posting this yesterday, so, as a reminder, and being one day late, what Churchill allowed the citizens he was charged with protecting, sixty-six years ago to suffer:

"On 14 November 1940, 500 German bombers dropped 500 tons of explosives and nearly 900 incendiary bombs on Coventry in just ten hours."
