Waiting until the regiment was almost upon him, Whittemore stood up, aimed his musket carefully and fired, killing a British soldier. He then fired both dueling pistols, hitting both of his targets, killing one man outright and mortally wounding another. Not having time to reload his cumbersome weapons, he grabbed his French saber and flailed away at the cursing, enraged Redcoats who now surrounded him. Some of those infuriated soldiers were probably less than one quarter of Sam's 80 years; few, if any, were even half his age.

One Englishman fired his Brown Bess almost point-blank into Whittemore's face, the heavy bullet tearing half his cheek away and knocking him flat on his back. Undaunted, Whittemore attempted to rise and continue the fight, but received no less than 13 bayonet wounds from the vengeful Redcoats. They also mercilessly clubbed his bleeding head and drove their musket butts into his body as they ran by.

When the last Britisher had left the scene and was far enough away for them to come out in safety, the villagers who had seen Whittemore's last stand walked slowly toward the body. To their astonishment, he was still alive and conscious--and still full of fight! Ignoring his wounds, he was feebly trying to load his musket for a parting shot at the retreating regiment.

A door was used as a makeshift stretcher and Whittemore was carried to the nearby Cooper Tavern. Doctor Nathaniel Tufts of Medford stripped away Sam's torn, bloody clothing and was aghast at his many gaping bayonet wounds, the other numerous bruises and lacerations, and his horrible facial injury. According to every medical text Tufts had ever studied and all of his years of experience treating injured people, the old man should have bled to death from internal injuries."

That old glorious bastard did not die though, he lived another eighteen (18) years and when asked if he ever regretted his actions, Sam replied:

"No! I would take the same chance again!"

A shocking U.S. Army manual that describes how political activists in prison camps will be indoctrinated by specially assigned psychological operations officers contains numerous clear references to the fact that the policies do apply domestically to U.S. citizens.

Despite the fact that the manual is well over 300 pages long and would take hours to read properly, within minutes of posting our story yesterday a minority of commenters were claiming that the policies outlined in the document only pertained to foreign combat operations and did not apply domestically to U.S. citizens.

This is similar to the denial witnessed prior to the passage of the NDAA when some argued that the indefinite detention provisions did not apply to American citizens despite numerous legal analysts asserting they did and President Barack Obama himself acknowledging they did when he signed the bill.

My father originally attended a seminar held by the "Montana Freemen."

He was charged with "Felony Theft" - for "endorseing" a draft "signed" by 2 of the Montana Freemen, Leroy Schwitzer and Dan Peterson.

My mother died in my arms, the evening of 01/10/03, while my father was in the hospital, scheduled for surgery the following morning, after our phone had been turned off 2 days earlier, and I could not reach the doctor earlier that morning, until my brother stopped by earlier that afternoon, and left his cell phone with me.

As pressure grows for Germany to tap its gold reserves amid the European sovereign debt crisis, the Bundesbank is refusing to end its silence on where its more than 3,000 tonnes of the precious metal is stored.

Economics Minister Philipp Rösler firmly ruled out digging into the country's reserves to help rescue the euro.

"German gold reserves must remain untouchable. I say this explicitly as Economics Minister, as representative of the Chancellor and as party chairman of the Free Democrats," he said on Monday on ARD television.

On Tuesday, the daily Financial Times Deutschland examined the speculation on where Germany’s horde of gold is being kept. The country's estimated 3,401 tonnes is the second largest national reserves after that of the United States.

Much of Germany’s gold would appear to be still in America, where it was held during the Cold War to ensure it never would fall prey to invading Soviet forces.

Today, in 1519, Hernan Cortez arrived in Aztec capital of Tenochtitlan and imprisoned Montezuma.

Back in 1576, the Eighty Years' War: Pacification of Ghent – The States-General of the Netherlands meet and unite to oppose Spanish occupation.

In that fateful year of 1861,  during the war of Northern Aggression, The "Mason and Slidell (also known as the Trent) Affair" occurred when the USS San Jacinto stopped the United Kingdom mail ship Trent and arrests two Confederate envoys, sparking a diplomatic crisis between the UK and US.

Ninety-four years ago, in 1917, The People's Commissars give authority to Vladimir Lenin, Leon Trotsky, and Joseph Stalin.

Hitler, in 1923, led the failed Beer Hall Putsch in Munich, was jailed where he wrote Mein Kampf.

In 1933, that commie-rat bastard Roosevelt unveiled the Civil Works Administration, an organization designed to destroy wealth and was the start of the a major push by the Socialists and Communists to destroy the Republic- just as they are doing in 2010.

During WWII, in 1942, Operation Torch, where the United States & United Kingdom forces invaded French North Africa- which was a major success.

In 1965, Sergeant First Class Lawrence Joel's heroic actions (then Specialist 5), during Operation Hump in Viet Nam (his second war in the Orient) when the 173rd Airborne is ambushed by over 1,200 Viet Cong, and this led directly to his earning the the Congressional Medal of Honor.

Al Gore in the year 2000 was much less gracious than Richard Nixon, who, for the good of the Republic, did not fight the cheating bastards provable fraud in Chicago, Texas and West Virginia.

The Muslim Kenyan wanted to bail out Solyndra BEFORE it filed bankruptcy which I have a hard time grasping since that bullshit Bankster & ManBearPig money-pit only had Federal Reserve Notes to the tune of $547BILLION already handed to it, courtesy RAPING of the taxpayer.

USAToday reports that INGSOC hotels have on their telescreens the reminder that BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING YOU and that, "If you see something, say something to authorities."

Furthering INGSOCs goal of total control, there is an 868-page bill to increase control of the Public Propaganda Camps.

Over in Switzerland, Swiss cantons are deporting foreigners that are on welfare. Good for them!

Here in the Republic though, Border Patrol Agent Jesus "Chito" E. Diaz Jr. was just sentenced to two (2) years in prison for using a standard police control tactic on a fifteen-year old drug-running mojado.

And then there is all of the other little BS "news reports" designed to keep everyone's eyes off the ball such as the attempt by Propagandist Foot Soldiers vilifying Mike Vanderboegh over the four old men who allegedly had enough. I have serious doubts about the Feral claims- and anyone with half a brain should too.

Defenders of Islam call it a "religion of peace" but many Norwegian women are learning that Islam is the religion of rape. According to an amazing police report released there this month, every single solved case of assault-rape in the country in 2010 was carried out by a Muslim immigrant.

The report was cited by an official Norwegian television station, which interviewed a victim who said that her rapist explained to her that his religion permits him to rape her.

According to the police report there was a total of 186 of known rape cases in 2010. These fall into various categories, the largest one of which is assault-rape, carried out by sheer physical force, of which there were 86 cases. In 83 of these cases the perpetrator could be identified by the victim. In all 83, the attacker was described as having "non-western appearance," a laundered euphemism for Muslim immigrants from Africa, the Middle East, or Asia.

In other categories of rape there were Norwegian attackers as well, but they were still in the minority (Note: the translation of the Norwegian TV report embedded here does not make a distiction between "assault rape" and other forms of rape, and appears to confuse the statistics for 2010 with those for 2006-2010).

The most damning revelations coming out of the hearings on Operation Fast and Furious held by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform are the unmistakable indications that the program was never designed to succeed as a law enforcement operation at all.

A quartet of Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) agents and supervisors turned into whistleblowers to bring the operation down, but only after U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was gunned down in the Arizona desert. Two of the weapons recovered at the scene of Terry's murder were traced to the operation.

Fast and Furious, also known by the more accurate "Gunwalker," allowed known straw purchasers to buy large quantities of firearms — often a dozen or more semi-automatic rifles — at a time with the full knowledge of ATF agents and executives. The guns were then smuggled into Mexico, as frustrated front-line ATF agents watched, under strict orders to do nothing.

ATF agents testifying in front of the House Oversight Committee could not explain how the operation was supposed to succeed when their surveillance efforts stopped at the border and interdiction was never an option.

ATF Agent John Dodson, testifying in front of the committee, said that in his entire law enforcement career, he had "never been involved in or even heard of an operation in which law enforcement officers let guns walk." He continued: "I cannot begin to think of how the risk of letting guns fall into the hands of known criminals could possibly advance any legitimate law enforcement interest."

The obvious answer is that Gunwalker's objective was never intended to be a "legitimate law enforcement interest." Instead, it appears that ATF Acting Director Ken Melson and Department of Justice senior executives specifically created an operation that was designed from the outset to arm Mexican narco-terrorists and increase violence substantially along both sides of the Southwest border.

This past weekend, both David Codrea and Mike Vanderboegh pointed out that their sources were supported by the WSJ report that Melson is likely gone and today, CNN reported the same on the Web and on the air:

Washington (CNN) -- Kenneth Melson, acting director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, is expected to resign under pressure, perhaps in the next day or two, in the wake of the controversy over Operation Fast and Furious, two senior federal law enforcement sources said Monday.

Now, people may get all excited, but they should not beyond the fact that one criminal MAY be down and further proof and testimony is needed to finish this work that so that the States, or Congress can charge, impeach and then the Senate tries Barack Hussein Ombama for high Crimes.

Kenneth Melson, as MVB asked last week: Do you REALLY trust these people that much?

I point this out, because I think you will Marcy-Parked, unless you get yourself protection, that is an immunity deal. You know the extent of these crimes- fully and you are being thrown under the bus.

As a follow up to Monday’s hearing on a government program intended to track Mexican drug cartels, the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee continues its inquiry today.

The Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) program “Operation Fast and Furious" allowed gun stores near the Mexican border to sell semiautomatic weapons in bulk to "straw purchasers" as a way to track Mexican drug cartels. Many of the guns were linked to crimes, including the killing of a Border Patrol agent.

Chair of the Committee, Darrell Issa (R-CA), and Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) released a report on “Operation Fast and Furious," which says border patrol and ATF agents were told to "surveil" weapons and not interdict. It also said agents warned of devastating consequences, including criminal activity, but supervisors ignored their warnings.

Issa just told Ronald Weich: "So felony stupid it got people killed!"

This was after listening to the Weasel Reich's opening statement about being so helpful and Representative Issa held up at least a half dozen pages that are fully redacted.

Then that Suckass Cummings (yes SUCKASS) apologizes for the whole committee and Issa verbally slapped him.

I do not know if I can continue to watch this crap much longer as I am too pissed.
