I left early this morning, and today I spent nearly and hour and forty-five minutes at my PT session with a good five minutes of that on the stationary bicycle (after 3½ minutes my knee went numb) and then onto the auto shop.
I had a blown, left, exhaust gasket and it was fixed very quickly, as soon as they got the paranoid mobile, which is big enough to run over just about most family vehicles on the road, so it was a long day and by the time I got home (around 16:30) I was dragging my left leg.
Damn! It hurts!
Oh, for those that do not know this, an auto shop waiting room, or the office, is not a prime-resting place with a leg brace on...
