What are we up to now?

I found the link to this article, via a news group I frequent (when able), which says that "House OKs Pre-emptive U.S. Attack Against Iran", and could not readily find any substantive sites that confirmed it. So being the enterprising paranoid that I am, I went to the source, and found House Congressional Resolution 398.

Did anyone else miss this when it passed?
